Thanksgiving News!

We will be open for a THANKSGIVING DAY WOD on Thursday! Get your workout in for the day at 8:00! CLOSED FOR THE DAY FOLLOWING THE WOD. Back to normal schedule on Friday.

Our move did not happen this weekend…(obviously). We will keep everyone up to date as the information is available over the next few days, but exciting changes are happening. We would also like everyone to prep themselves for the holiday season Paleo challenge which we would like to commence with our big move. New challenge rules making this one a bit more…interesting :)

    Hey CFCers,

    Thanks for the awesome WOD. It was great to see such a fantastic box so close to my parents house. I am back in Chicago now but I wear my CFC tshirt proudly to both of my boxes (CrossFit847 and CrossFit Carbon). If you ever find yourselves in the windy city let me know, (ksalus at wodhopper dot com).
