Jess and Josh mid work-out on a timed Wall Ball, AbMat Situp, Kettle Bell Sumo Dead Lift High Pull WOD for score. Great effort from both. In a relatively short amount of time, both Jess and Josh have noticabley gotten stronger and faster, with much shorter recovery times. Nicely done.
