The Saturday Morning Team Workout was a blast! Three teams of two went at it, and it was something to see. Claudine brought her husband Kevin (who so “enjoyed” it, he joined after the workout), Ryan D and Rob J, and Coach Dave S and Mike D, took on “Walk the Plank“…while one member did Weighted Step Ups onto a box, the other partner had to hold a Front Plank position; each could switch off until 100 were completed. Then, carrying the sandbag, both partners had to run to the hydrant, then at the top of the driveway, one partner held the sandbag while the other did Burpees, switching off until 80 were completed. Then back to the start, for 100 Zercher Squats / Front Plank, back to the hydrant, to the driveway for 80 Push Ups, back to start where it ended with 100 Squats with the sandbag across the shoulders / Front Plank. Rob and Ryan came in first with a time of 21:00 even. Great work and great workout!
