May 10th, 2010: WOD

Monday was off to a brisk start, with Coach Marc leading the charge! After coaching the 5:30 am class, he jumped in with the 6:30 am crew and knocked off a 20 min AMRAP of 5 Pullups, 5 Cleans at 95#, 5 Knees to Elbows, and 5 Push Jerks at 95#. Also in the class were Dave G, Luis B, Kurt M, and Ryan D. The 12:30 class saw Frank B, Jen T, Matt G, and Jen L getting busy.
