January 15, 2010 Members Photos Workout of the Day 0

Frank C and Dave S grinded out a “Chipper” today:

  • 500m row
  • 30 push press (75, 55)
  • 30 sit-ups
  • 30 KB swings (50, 35)
  • 30 push-ups
  • 30 Russian twists (20/14 MB ball)
  • 30 pull-ups
  • 30 box jumps
  • 30 burpees

As you can see, they gave it their all and were spent at the finish. Great job guys!
