January 13th, 2010: WOD

Mike D and “Our Man” Dan B joined forces and tore up the Dead lift / Push-up Tabata WOD, after completing 3 x 5 sets of Presses. The WOD consisted of 8 alternating rounds of Dead lifts and Push-ups at Tabata protocol (20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest) for a total of 16 grueling rounds. Great job guys!
