Jonathan E came to CFC looking to to trim down and get stronger and faster. His friends have been commenting on his obvious weight loss, and he has noticed he is much quicker in his Tae Kwon Do sparring as of late. As far as strength, you be the judge: During the first week of March this year, CrossFit Totals were taken (3 attempts at a one rep max for three different lifts: Back Squat, Deadlift, and Press). Jonathan was able to Back Squat 115# on March 1st.
Today’s WOD was five sets of 2 Back Squats. Jonathan’s last set of 2 was for 195#. In two months, he was able to add 80 lbs to his Back Squat, and did 2 reps at that weight! Again, Jonathan’s intensity and consistency = results. Great progress Jonathan!
