February 6th, 2010: WOD

Gene “The Machine” brought in his son Matt from MA and his buddy Roger (who now trains at CrossFit King of Prussia in PA) for a custom WOD: 10 calorie row, then 10 thrusters, 10 jumping pull ups, and 10 push ups, then repeated for 20, 30, 20, and finally 10.

As if that was not enough, they took a 5 minute rest, then knocked off a Tabata sequence of alternating sit ups and push ups (8 rounds of each for a total of 16 rounds). Outstanding capacity for exercise!

  1. Wow! That’s what you call a workout! It’s really nice to have gym buddies as they can motivate you to work your ass up whenever you like not going to the gym.
