The morning crew was hard at it again (Larry C, Rob J, Marianne U, Rob V, and Jay B). The WOD was 20, 15, and 10 Back Squats, going up in weight and as heavy as possible on each progression.
Jay was particularly impressive, as he likely does not weigh more than 170, yet (although he began his 20 at 95#), stepped up his game big time and went to 185# for his 15 and the 225# for his 10! Her-ka-lees! Her-ka-lees! (with hand clapping in between).
