The Hinds Family have teamed up with Elm City CrossFit to offer a very unique and special event to raise money and awareness for Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, with which their son Dillon has been diagnosed. This partnered event is ECC’s first, and promises to be both challenging and extremely fun!

Cross Cuisines Coming To CFC

We are very excited to host Teresa Garceau, the owner of Cross Cuisines, at CFC on Saturday April 16. Mark this down on your calendar, as Teresa will be bringing samples of her tasty Paleo recipes and answer questions from 9-11. Our members will be able to order delicious Paleo entrees, sides and snacks on-line, and they will be delivered to CFC twice a week – Paleo eating could not be any easier now!
