Our Pre-Easter WOD had a varied mix of Rowing, Box Jumps, Burpees, Runs, … you name it, we did it. The first group was Chris P, Kathy K, Marianne U, and Amy F, followed by Matt A, Rachel R, Frank B, Ashley, and Jennifer T, with Gene F and his buddy Roger from CrossFit King of Prussia, PA visiting. Beautiful way to spend time with friends before the weekend kicks off!

The Saturday morning CrossFit Chaos saw some new faces: along with CFC members Sue P and Pete H, Coach Chris was joined by his fiancee Rachel and friends Ashley and Paul, and we had Matt A and Mike B rounding out the group. A nice variety of Rowing, Wall Ball, KB Swings, Medicine Ball Over Head Squats, Jumping Pull Ups, Knees to Elbows, and more. Everyone put in a great effort – what a great way to start the weekend. Thanks to all who participated, it made for a fun Saturday morning!

Today’s WOD was “Rowing Half Murph”, which took its toll on everyone, including our gentle giant Chris P. An 800 meter row, followed by 50 pull ups, 100 push ups, and 150 air squats, concluded with an 800 meter row, will do that to you. Chris P gutted out a brutal workout and is the better man for it. Nicely done Chris.
