Double Chaos! The 9am class saw Pete, Cathy, Billy, Delaney, Dave S, Kathy, Amy, and Steve’s wife Melanie (who joined finally!); the 10am group saw Cathy and Pete back for more, plus Dave G brought his buddy Jim (visiting from KY), along with Tim and Jen R. Another beautiful summer day spent with enthusiastic, motivated people who are getting fitter and healthier every week!

Another beautiful Saturday to be outside getting fitter, stronger, and faster! Double Chaos, as we made the 9am class AND the 10am class Chaos. The 9am class had a lot of barbell work in it (Bear complex, Snatch Grip Deadlifts, Push Press), while the 10am class had a mix of resistance bands, body weight exercises, and a run. The first group was Pete (who stayed for the 10am class too!), Cathy, Jen T, Frank, Julia and Joe, and the 10am class was Kate M (trying out the class), Rebecca, Kyle & Jeff, Andrea K, Jen L, Ashley, and Mike.

The evening class was making a hot not even hotter with the blue-white heat of their effort: a 20 min AMRAP of 5 Ring Dips, 5 Cleans, 5 Knees to Elbows, and 5 Push Press or Push Jerk. Partaking in the fun was Jeff P, Kevin Z, Cathy B, Tim D, Sonia B, Joe G, Delaney S, and Frank B. Inspiring performance!

The week started off fast and hard, with a 2 part WOD: 5 rounds of 5 Front Squats and 10 Ring Push Ups for time, then a 10 minute rest, followed by 5 one minute rounds for distance of Rowing with a one minute rest in between. Some of those caught up in the action were: Nick M, Jen T, Dean C, Tim D, Mike D (with “the Bucket” nearby just in case), Cathy B, Sonia B, Joe G, Frank B, and Delaney S. Great start to the week!

The 10:00 Chaos class was big and lively: Kyle came in for a free class and joined following the workout! Also in the group was Pete (who was the first person at CFC to do a double session – the 9:00 and the 10:00 class), along with Joe, Frank, Cathy, Jen, and Ashley. Sandbag work, Box Jumps, Sprints, and of course…Rowing. Fantastic weather and a fantastic effort!
