About CFC

CrossFit Cheshire is an official CrossFit affiliate open six days a week, with over 4,600 square feet of training space. We have a lot of room, and a lot of equipment: over 3,600 pounds of bumper and metal plates, 15 pull up stations, 40 pairs of rubber hex York dumbbells, 26 iron kettle bells, 20 Dynamax medicine balls, 10 plyo boxes, 6 multi-press/squat racks, 6 Concept-2 rowers, 2 Olympic lifting platforms, 2 bench press stations, GHDs (Glute / Hamstring Developers), sandbags, climbing ropes, gymnastic rings, a heavy bag, jump ropes, giant tires, plus a 20 yard in-door sprint track. If we don’t have it, you don’t need it!

In addition to all of this equipment, we have a separate ladies and mens locker rooms, each with their own shower. Our upstairs lounge area is a great place to hang out and watch fellow CrossFitters train, or to kick back after your WOD and recover.

We are proud to announce CrossFit USA (located at 112 Woodlawn Road, Berlin, CT) as our “sister” gym. CrossFit Cheshire and CrossFit USA have a reciprocal arrangement which allows members at CFC to train when convenient at USA and vice versa, at no charge.
