This shot was sent to us by Russell Berger, owner of CrossFit Huntsville, AL. Apparentyl one of our CFC athletes stopped in to train at CrossFit Huntsville and gave a CFC shirt to Charlie Crowe, a CF Huntsville member. Charlie put the shirt to good use during an apparently strenuous WOD, and left a nice “sweat angel” on the deck. Someone took a great photo of it, and Russell was kind enough to pass it along. Thank you Russell and Charlie. Now we just have to figure out how a CFC shirt made it all the way down to Alabama …
