“Barbara” was on tap today, and the afternoon class went head to head with her. 5 rounds of 20 pull ups, 30 push ups, 40 sit ups, and 50 squats, with a 3 minute rest in between. This YouTube video illutrates what exercise — specifically CrossFit, and nutrition — specifically The Zone, can do in a relatively short period of time. This guy took a running series of still photos over a one hundred day period while starting CrossFit and following The Zone diet, and showed very impressive results. If he can do it, why can’t you?
