145# Increase On 3 Lifts In 2 Months

Tom S is a Quinnipiac student who began training at CFC in February and has embraced CrossFit ever since. On March 1, 2010, he took his CrossFit Totals “test”; now, before returning to Long Island for the summer (where he already has a CrossFit gym lined up), he decided to re-take his CrossFit Totals and here are the results: Back Squat went from 255# to 285#, Dead Lift went from 275# to 360#, and his Press went from 115# to 145#! — that’s a One Hundred Forty Five pound increase on 3 lifts in just 2 months!
